Shipping

At Baselorie, our goal is to provide reliable and efficient shipping for every order. While we do not offer a choice of courier, we carefully select shipping partners to ensure the best delivery experience.

Delivery Timeframe

Order delivery consists of two stages:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible products. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team at support@baselorie.com to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  1. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day return.

  2. If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  4. No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 1–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates
